EEP Field Trippers/Parents:

In order to reserve your space please return payment with this form to the PEEP using the envelope enclosed. (Don't forget to buy a stamp!) The trip costs of $175, non-refundable, should be paid by check or money order, payable to "PEEP"

Payment in full is due Friday, July 25th, 2008.
